In order to secure your booking a non refundable booking fee of £1 is required on all treatments. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
Please note -
should you wish to cancel your appointment please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be liable for the full cost of your treatment.
You will be charged for the full cost of your treatment should you fail to attend your appointment.
By booking my appointment, I, the client agree to being charged the full cost of treatment should I fail to attend my appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice and authorise Relax to charge my card for the amount of my treatment.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be rescheduled and booking fee of £1 carried forward.
